Where clinics lose patients

We hear the same four problems from almost every practice owner.

  1. 01

    The phone never stops

Receptionists spend half the day booking and rescheduling while patients wait on hold.

24/7 online booking synced with your calendar

  2. 02

    Empty chairs from no-shows

Forgotten appointments leave gaps you cannot fill at short notice.

SMS and email reminders with one-tap confirm

  3. 03

    Paper forms at the desk

Patients fill in the same data on clipboards, staff retype it later.

Digital intake and consent forms before the visit

  4. 04

    A site that undersells you

An outdated website makes a modern practice look like a risk.

A fast, trustworthy site with doctors and prices

Questions from clinic owners

Short answers to what owners ask us before a project.

Ask your question All questions and answers
Can patients book online around the clock?

Yes. Booking works 24/7 and syncs both ways with your calendar or practice management system, so double bookings are impossible.

Is it GDPR and HIPAA compliant?

We use encrypted forms, EU hosting, role-based access and vendors that sign data processing agreements (and BAAs for US clients). We document how data flows so your DPO can review it.

We already use Doctolib or another system. Do we have to switch?

No. We integrate with what you have where an API exists, or embed it neatly into your new site.

Who owns the website and the data?

You do: the domain, the code, the content and all patient data. We hand over access on launch day.

How long does a clinic project take?

A website takes two to four weeks; booking with reminders four to six; a patient portal two to three months, delivered in stages.
