Challenge
Patients could only book by phone during working hours, and the old website was slow on mobile and invisible in search.
Solution
We designed a calm, mobile-first website with a page for every service and doctor, and built online booking synced with the clinic calendar for all three locations. Content was written together with the doctors and optimised for local search.
Results
Receptionists got hours of their day back: most bookings now arrive online, already tied to a doctor and a free slot. Service pages started ranking for local searches, which brought more new patients than the old paid ads.
The clinic stays on our support plan for updates, backups and new service pages.
