Challenge
Pulse Gym had nine clubs and booked classes through a shared spreadsheet and phone calls. Members forgot to renew, and the team had no direct channel to them.
Solution
We designed and built native apps for iOS and Android with a Laravel backend: class schedules per club, waiting lists, QR entry at the turnstile, workout plans from trainers and in-app payments.
Results
Members book classes, enter clubs and renew memberships from their phones, so front desks handle a fraction of the questions. Push reminders before a membership ends brought renewals from 58% to 76%.
The chain now launches promotions straight into the app instead of printing flyers.
