Challenge
Schedules lived in Excel files on different laptops, materials were ordered by phone and subcontractor payments were checked against paper reports.
Solution
We built a desktop ERP for Windows and macOS with offline-first sync: site schedules, material orders linked to suppliers and a payment module that matches subcontractor invoices with completed work.
Results
Site managers update schedules and order materials from the site, even without internet; everything syncs when they are back online. The office no longer chases paper reports, and the group runs 24 sites with the same back office.
