Challenge
Leads came from three property portals, the website and phone calls. Managers spent half the day moving them into spreadsheets, and almost every fifth lead never got an answer.
Solution
We built a CRM around how the agency actually sells: portal integrations, a pipeline per property and a calendar for viewings. An AI assistant reads each request, scores intent and budget, drafts a reply in the client's language and suggests free viewing slots.
The interface was designed with the managers in two workshops — the most common action is now one click away.
Results
Managers stopped copying leads from portals into spreadsheets. Every request lands in the CRM, gets an AI score and a drafted reply, so a manager only checks, edits and sends.
With the same team of five, AGN now processes more than twice the leads and books twice as many viewings — growth without new hires.
