Challenge
Bookings came through Instagram messages and calls; every fourth client simply didn't show up, and nobody had time to send reminders.

Solution
We designed a one-page site focused on booking, and built a plugin with masters' calendars, deposits and SMS reminders that runs on its own.

Results
Clients book themselves at night and on weekends, pay a small deposit and get a reminder the day before. Empty slots went down, and the studio filled them with walk-ins from Google Maps instead of losing them.
Clients self-book and reminders go out automatically — no-shows dropped almost by half.
