Questions before we start

Short answers to what clients ask us most often.

Ask your question All questions and answers
Do we need an app or is online booking enough?

If most clients visit once, online booking on your website is often enough. An app pays off with regular clients, memberships and reminders.

Can it work with our current booking system?

Often yes, if the system has an API. Otherwise we build the booking logic and admin panel as part of the app.

Can clients pay in advance?

Yes — full prepayment, deposits or packages, with refunds and cancellation rules you define.

Is there an app for our staff too?

Staff can use the admin panel in a browser or a separate staff view in the app to see and manage their schedule.

Native or cross-platform?

For most business apps we use Flutter or React Native — one codebase, two stores. We go native with Swift and Kotlin when the app relies heavily on device hardware or platform features.

Do we also need a back end?

Usually yes — for accounts, data and push notifications. We build the API and an admin panel, or connect the app to the systems you already use.
